Even if you aren’t experiencing any trouble with your furnace or air conditioner, regular maintenance service — at least once a year — will keep it running as it should for many years to come. A certified HVAC technician will clean all of the system’s components; test for any problems; and replace worn or broken parts.
Don’t ignore problems when they occur.
