Sun Realty Announces General Manager, Lee Guthrie
Sun Realty is pleased to announce that Lee Guthrie was recently promoted to the position – General Manager of the Sun Services operations.
Lee has successfully lead AirHandlers OBX as the manager and licensee and worked closely with Sun’s general maintenance, pool and spa and linens teams. He brings extensive Sun Realty experience and an understanding of the unique needs of providing vacation rental support services to his new position. Lee will oversee all aspects of the management of Sun’s maintenance and service operations. This includes budgeting, planning, pricing, as well as scheduling and operational efficiencies. Lee will also lead the Services division in providing exceptional customer care to Sun’s homeowners and guests.
